About the role The Partnerships and Administration Coordinator provides high-quality operational, administrative and commercial support across Volleyball South Australia. The position is a diverse, hands-on role supporting the organisation across commercial partnerships, administration, customer service, marketing and communications, and other general operational requirements. The role will suit an adaptable and highly organised individual who enjoys working across multiple areas, building strong relationships and contributing wherever required in a rapid-paced sporting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the CEO and relevant staff in servicing and managing VSA's commercial partners
- Coordinate delivery and tracking of partnership benefits and contractual obligations
- Maintain regular and professional communication with partners
- Assist with partnership proposals, presentations, reporting and renewals
- Create and schedule appropriate social media content across VSA platforms
- Support the promotion of competitions, events, programs, representative teams and commercial partners
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the organisation
- Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets and other administrative material
- Maintain accurate records, databases and organisational information
- Assist with incoming enquiries and provide timely, professional customer service
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Proven effective administration skills with experience creating general correspondence, reports and other written material
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of effective communication and relationship management with a broad range of people internally and externally
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, observe confidentiality and use discretion
- Well-developed information technology competency (e.g. MS Office and Office 365, basic web editing, JotForm and Teams App)
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to meet competing demands through effective prioritisation in a results-orientated environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid Working With Children Check, valid First Aid and CPR certificates
- Reliable transport as some travel will be required
- Physically fit, willing and able to perform manual-handling tasks when contributing to VSA events and competitions
