We’re hiring: People & Culture Lead, 12 Month Maternity Cover

Want to use your people skills to help create a world where everyone has a safe place to call home? This role sits at the heart of how we support our people. You'll manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and onboarding, while keeping things running smoothly across the team. Experience with Employment Hero is essential.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage HR processes and systems through Employment Hero

? Embed Employment Hero throughout the organisation

? Support onboarding, offboarding and general employee lifecycle admin

? Handle employee relations matters with discretion and care

? Review and update HR policies as required

? Partner with leadership on people-related decisions

What we're looking for





- Solid experience in a senior People & Culture or HR generalist role
- A strong belief in the power of culture and leadership to drive impact
- Hands on experience with Employment Hero (non negotiable)
- Comfortable working independently in a part time capacity
- Strong communication skills and sound judgement
