we're looking for an experienced technology performance leader to establish and evolve how service performance is measured, monitored and reported across our Technology Services function.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a performance capability from the ground up, driving the transition from manual reporting to automated, insight-driven performance intelligence. You'll play a key role in helping technology leaders understand service health, identify risks, improve operational outcomes and support informed decision-making The Opportunity

As Lead Performance & Monitoring, you'll be responsible for establishing trusted performance reporting and monitoring practices across Technology Services.

You'll drive the design and governance of KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, KRIs and service health measures while uplifting reporting maturity through ServiceNow Performance Analytics, automation and business intelligence tools.

Working closely with leaders, service owners and governance forums, you'll transform complex operational data into actionable insights that support accountability, continuous improvement and better service outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading technology service performance reporting and governance.
- Developing meaningful KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and service health measures.
- Driving the transition from manual reporting to automated dashboards and insights.
- Improving monitoring and observability capabilities across technology services.
- Providing trusted reporting for executives and governance forums.
- Ensuring data quality, reporting integrity and audit readiness.
- Partnering with stakeholders to identify issues, track actions and improve performance outcomes.

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who has personally built, governed or significantly improved a technology service performance reporting capability.

You'll bring





- Strong experience in IT service management, service performance reporting or monitoring within a complex technology environment.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
- Proven experience designing and governing KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, KRIs and performance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success automating reporting and reducing reliance on manual spreadsheet-based processes.
- Experience integrating and validating data from multiple technology platforms and sources.
- Solid capability with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience delivering concise, executive-level reporting and governance insights.
- Robust understanding of monitoring, observability, alerting and service health management.
- The ability to translate complex technical data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Highly Regarded

- ITIL® 4 Foundation or higher.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS or Performance Analytics.
- Experience within government, insurance, financial services or other highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated examples where reporting and analysis directly resulted in measurable service improvements
