Your Role as a Personal Carer

As part of our care team, you'll provide high-quality support that promotes residents' dignity, independence, comfort, and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include

- Providing personal care, hygiene assistance, mobility support, and continence care.

- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

- Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting changes to the clinical team.





- Supporting a secure, calm, and welcoming environment throughout the night.

- Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records.

- Contributing to a culture of respect, compassion, and person-centred care.

- Supporting residents to maintain their independence and quality of life.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking caring, reliable, and experienced Personal Carers who are passionate about making a difference.

Essential requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or equivalent).

- 1-2 years experience in Residential Aged Care.

- Ability to work across a rotating roster.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Relevant probity checks as required by legislation and WMQ policy.

- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status where required by legislation or policy.
