Simplicity Personal Training is a private 1:1 coaching studio in Mascot.
We work mainly with everyday people — beginners, people returning to exercise and busy adults who want to become stronger, healthier and more confident.
We’re looking for a Personal Trainer / Coach who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to keep growing as a coach.
The role is more than delivering a good workout. You’ll get to know your clients, understand what they’re working towards, help them stay accountable and support them to make meaningful progress over time.
What you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 strength coaching
- Build genuine relationships with your clients
- Help clients stay consistent and accountable
- Follow our programming and client-management systems
- Work as part of the Simplicity team
