- Salaries from $89,000 - $106,000 + Superexperience dependent

- Specialised Caseload: Work with predominantly adult NDIS participants managing Functional Neurological Disorders, alongside Support at Home and Aged Care clients depending on location.
- Interesting Clinical Work: Use neuroplasticity-based retraining, gait and balance training, graded exercise therapy, movement strategies and participant education to support clients with functional tremors, weakness and fluctuating symptoms.
- Sustainable KPIs: Target of 28 billable hours per week, including face-to-face appointments, report writing, eligible travel and stakeholder calls.
- Flexible 3-Month Ramp-Up: KPIs are not counted during your first three months, allowing your caseload to build gradually around what is sustainable for you.
- Ongoing Clinical Support: Weekly clinical supervision with a Physio with 20+ Years experience, fortnightly team meetings, alternating discipline-specific meetings and regular Director check-ins.
- Admin Support: Service agreements, initial administration and billing are managed for you.
- Experienced Team: Work alongside 5 highly experienced Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, including 3 Physios with 10+ years’ experience,



a Team Lead with 20+ years’ experience, and another Physio with 5+ years’ experience.

- Salaries from $89,000 - $106,000 + Super depending on level and experience
