About the role

Better Care Health Group Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis in Doncaster, VIC 3108. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing high-quality physiotherapy services in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment. As a Physiotherapist, you will be at the forefront of patient care, utilising evidence-based practices to help individuals recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, functional limitations and rehabilitation potential
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Delivering a range of physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, hydrotherapy, balance training and functional training
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Providing patient education and advice on injury prevention, self-management and home exercise programmes
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care
- Assess and prescribe appropriate assistive technology (AT), mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment, where within scope.

What we're looking for

- Current AHPRA registration or equivalent recognised qualification




- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated clinical experience in home visits.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions and their management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in community settings
- Mandarin Speaking
