Physiotherapist – Part-Time / Casual

Centred Ground is a small, growing physiotherapy-led allied health collective in Bowden. We’re looking for a physiotherapist to join us in a flexible part-time role, initially around 15 hours per week, with scope to increase as the caseload develops.

Our approach is relationship-focused rather than high-volume, with 45–60 minute appointments, time built in for notes and payments, and a strong hands-on MSK focus supported by exercise therapy, rehabilitation and education where appropriate.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy while working closely with the Principal Physiotherapist, the opportunity to develop your own caseload within the practice, and genuine scope to grow with Centred Ground over time.

Remuneration: $46.35–$51.49 per hour depending on experience and applicable Award classification, plus superannuation and a productivity-based incentive.

About you We’d love to hear from a physiotherapist who:

- has around 2–3 years of experience,



ideally in private practice and/or a predominantly MSK or outpatient setting
- has strong clinical reasoning and confidence managing common musculoskeletal presentations
- communicates warmly and professionally with patients
- is reliable, motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- values building genuine therapeutic relationships rather than high patient throughput
- takes pride in documentation, follow-up and patient experience
- is comfortable working independently when they may be the only practitioner on site
- enjoys being part of a collaborative environment while taking ownership of their work

Exceptional early-career physiotherapists or new graduates with strong communication, initiative and clinical reasoning are also welcome to apply.

Essential requirements

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Appropriate Australian working rights

Hours Hours are negotiable and can be shaped around the successful applicant.

Current availability includes combinations of Monday, Tuesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning, Friday and potentially alternate Saturdays.
