RAW CIVIL IS GROWING - JOIN THE CREW!

We’re family owned, Perth based and serious about building a positive team around good people. We work hard, have a laugh, back each other and get the job done.

THE PEOPLE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want operators who know their machine, look after the gear and take pride in leaving behind good work. People who turn up, can be relied on and don’t need someone standing over them all day.

You might be a gun on one machine or someone who can confidently jump between a few.

Final trim, GPS, LPS and HR licences are all valuable, but genuine ability and the right attitude matter just as much. When the job needs it, you’re also happy to jump out of the cab and help the crew get it done. Most importantly, we’re looking for people who want something long term and want to become part of the team.

WHY RAW?

Most of our work is across Perth, so for the majority of our projects you’re home every night. We’ve got a strong workbook, good gear and some great projects ahead. As RAW continues to grow, we want to bring in good people who can grow with us.

For the right people, there is genuine opportunity to progress. That might mean getting an additional machine ticket, learning GPS or LPS, becoming confident across more plant, developing your final trim skills, stepping into a Leading Hand role or eventually running your own crew. Not everyone wants to be a Supervisor. If you want to become a topline operator, we’ll back that too.

INTERESTED IN JOINING RAW?

You might be actively looking, or you might already have a job and be wondering what else is out there. If you’re good at what you do and want good gear, good people, consistent work and somewhere you can progress, we’d like to hear from you.
