Seeking a Compassionate RN Practice Nurse to Join Our Team on the Mornington Peninsula

Are you passionate about patient care and making a difference in people’s lives? We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare team.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with a strong background in General Practice nursing. Experience in cosmetic, skin, or laser nursing would be highly regarded and is a wonderful additional skill set for this role.

About the Role

As part of our supportive and professional team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care and assisting our doctors with a wide range of clinical procedures and patient services.

Responsibilities

- Conducting patient assessments and health screenings
- Performing ECGs, spirometry, health assessments, and care plans
- Administering vaccinations, injections, and wound care
- Assisting with chronic disease management and patient education
- Triage and management of treatment room presentations
- Stock control and maintaining clinical equipment and supplies
- Sterilisation and infection control procedures in accordance with accreditation standards
- Assisting doctors with procedures and minor surgeries
- Performing routine procedures including blood pressure checks, iron infusions, and specimen collection
- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation




- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Cosmetic and laser nursing assistance where applicable (highly regarded)

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working within General Practice
- Experience in cosmetic or laser nursing is highly regarded
- Strong clinical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional standards
- A caring, compassionate, and team-focused attitude
