Located in the heart of South Yarra, our clinic supports a diverse patient population across preventative care, chronic disease management, women's health, mental health, skin checks and general family medicine. We are seeking a Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Opportunity Working closely with our GPs and clinical team, you will play an key role in delivering exceptional patient care across a broad range of general practice services.

Your responsibilities will include

- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressings
- Health assessments and care planning
- Chronic disease management
- Assisting with procedures
- Patient education and follow-up care
- Recalls and results management

About You

- Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Previous Australian General Practice experience preferred
- Experience with immunisations, wound care and health assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organised and patient-focused
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
