We are seeking a Principal Engineer (Civil) to join our team based in Brisbane.

Program Management and Delivery (PMD) Branch is responsible for ensuring the extensive transport infrastructure works program is aligned to TMR’s strategic outcomes and achieves Value for Money (VfM) for the community. PMD is an integral component to bridge the transition between investment decision-making and infrastructure delivery.

This role is part of the Commercial Contract Management (CCM) unit function within PMD which delivers the following Contracts related services to the TMR business.

- Contract strategy, templates and administration support - Manages infrastructure contract forms, templates and models, and provides support from tender through to completion, handover and defects liability. It also oversees contract administration systems and advises on compliance and enforceability.
- Claims, disputes and contract compliance support - supports claims and disputes management, contract analytics, variations, dashboards and compliance oversight across procurement and delivery.
