Epico Bakery, located in Epping, is seeking reliable and motivated part-time casual Process Workers to join our growing production team.
This role offers consistent hours from 9:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, providing a regular and predictable working schedule. As our business and production requirements continue to grow, there is potential for the role to increase in hours over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with dough preparation and handling, including scaling, shaping and transferring products through various stages of production
- Operate and monitor basic food production equipment (training provided)
- Pack finished products in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment and production areas
- Follow all food safety, quality assurance and workplace health & safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
About You
- Reliable,
punctual and able to consistently work the required 9:00am–1:00pm schedule
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of food safety standards, or willingness to learn
- Physically capable of undertaking manual handling tasks
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production or process work is preferred
- Experience handling food products, particularly dough or bakery products, is highly regarded
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production targets is advantageous
