You will own the full product lifecycle at Workyard, reporting directly to the Co-founder and Head of Product. This role isn't about taking tickets; it's about building end-to-end solutions that automate complex construction workflows like multi-rate overtime and prevailing wage, helping contractors transition from paper timesheets to trusted, intelligent software.

What You Will Do

- Lead discovery and technical design for new features, ensuring software automates the checking process for office teams and field crews.

- Develop across a modern stack including React and Laravel, while prototyping new agentic experiences that take manual tasks off customers' plates.

- Iterate rapidly by testing prototypes with real contractors,



balancing speed and accuracy for critical workflows like payroll and job costing.

The ideal candidate

- Brings 3 years of experience shipping production software with a solid full-stack skillset and a specific lean toward front-end development.

- Demonstrates a proven track record of designing data models and architectures for real products, managing complex relationships and messy integrations.

- Possesses a product-thinker mindset, prioritizing customer problems over deep technical puzzles and leveraging AI tools to prototype and build faster.
