Ashgrove Cheese Pty Ltd are seeking a Production Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our factory at Elizabeth Town, Tasmania.

In this role, you will provide production administration, SAP Business One support and manufacturing reporting across our dairy manufacturing operations.

The role is responsible for ensuring manufacturing activity is accurately and promptly reflected in SAP Business One, including milk intake, production orders, material consumption, ingredients, packaging and finish goods receipts, inventory movements, production yields and associated production records.

What we’re looking for

Essential

- Demonstrated experience using SAP Business One, preferably within its manufacturing and production functionality.

- Experience within a manufacturing,



production administration or production systems environment.

- Experience working with production orders, BOMs and inventory transactions.

- Strong administrative and data-management capability.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and other Microsoft applications.

- High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

- Demonstrated ability to reconcile and investigate production information.

- Solid organisational and time-management skills.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Desirable

- Experience within dairy, food or beverage manufacturing.

- Understanding of dairy manufacturing processes.

- Experience with manufacturing yields and mass-balance reconciliation.

- Experience with batch-controlled inventory.

- Experience supporting production traceability and food-safety systems.

- Knowledge of HACCP and GMP requirements.

- Experience preparing manufacturing KPI and variance reports.
