About the role

Oswald Homes is seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a full-time position. As Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth execution of our projects by providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to project teams. This position is essential to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

As our Project Administrator, you will:

- Conduct pre-plan and prestart meetings with clients.

- Act as a central point of contact between clients, suppliers, trades, and internal departments.

- Coordinate building approvals, council applications, and compliance documentation.

- Manage construction contracts, variations, and project records.

- Coordinate interior design, electrical, lighting, and tile selection appointments.

- Liaise with accounts regarding progress claims, purchase orders, and finance documentation.

- Provide proactive project updates and support throughout the construction process.

- Participate in regular project review meetings and assist with issue resolution.

- Coordinate project handovers and client key handover appointments

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction administration.





- Previous prestart administration experience.

- Strong understanding of residential building processes.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- An interior design qualification is beneficial.
