NWMC has exciting opportunities available within our Rail Division following the award of a new pipeline of works. We are seeking experienced Civil Project Engineers to join our growing team, with positions based throughout the Pilbara region.

What you will be working on We are seeking experienced Civil Project Engineers to oversee the effective coordination and delivery of technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, procurement, and quality control activities. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring civil railway projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Require a Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Bachelor of construction management.
- Require proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Have experience delivering projects in civils, roads, drainage, structural concrete.
- Assist with preparing, updating and maintaining project schedules.
- Assist with creating and responding to technical queries.
- Generate and progressively compile quality documentation.
- Implement quality control, procedures and plans.
- Manage inputs to Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as well as timeliness of resolution and escalation when required.




- Assist in developing/implementing quality related site objectives and preparing/reporting for weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Demonstrate effective time management and communication skills including report writing skills.
- Have a sound knowledge of Australian Standards.
- Communicate with Client representatives and other contractors on technical and quality matters.
- Build and maintain collaborative business relationships with key stakeholders; and

Highly desired but not essential:

- Primavera P6 or Tilos software
- RTIO Inductions
- Rail experience
