This is a senior leadership prospect for an experienced project management professional who combines technical excellence with commercial acumen and a passion for developing people.
Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Project Management Consulting division while overseeing the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and capital works projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to tenders and proposals
- Providing strategic oversight of project delivery, ensuring engineering, procurement and construction activities are delivered safely,
efficiently and in accordance with contractual and environmental requirements
- Acting as a trusted advisor to government authorities, developers, asset owners and community stakeholders
- Managing the department’s financial performance, including P&L; accountability, resource utilisation and project profitability
- Building, mentoring and leading a high-performing team of project managers, commercial managers, schedulers and technical specialists
- Driving continuous improvement across project management systems, methodologies and delivery practices
- Maintaining strong governance across the project portfolio to ensure quality outcomes for clients
