We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ICT infrastructure initiatives within a large government environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting while ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT infrastructure projects

✅ Manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies

✅ Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks

✅ Engage with senior stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and service providers

✅ Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making forums

✅ Support testing, implementation, deployment, and change management activities

✅ Ensure projects deliver value, compliance, and business benefits

Essential Experience





✔ Proven experience delivering ICT infrastructure projects in complex environments

✔ Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills

✔ Experience managing project finances, budgets, and reporting

✔ Organisational change management experience

✔ Requirements definition and management experience

✔ Strong risk, issue, and vendor management capability

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Highly Desirable Certifications

- PMP
- PRINCE2
- AgilePM
- ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional
