They have a strong reputation, a loyal client base (the majority of their work comes from repeat clients), and have now started their expansion into Melbourne.

They're setting up in a brand-new office in Melbourne's Inner East and putting together the team that will shape their Victorian business.

WHAT THEY BUILD.

This is specialist, purpose-driven construction where design and delivery sit under one roof. Their in-house design team works alongside estimating and delivery from day one, so projects are costed accurately early, and changes are managed in real time. Their core sectors include:

- Veterinary and Animal Care: clinics, specialist and emergency hospitals, and animal welfare facilities
- Medical and Wellness: specialist medical suites, imaging and allied health facilities
- Childcare and Early Learning
- Commercial and Workplace
- Commercial New Build

THE ROLE. Senior Estimator (with Pre-Construction / Contract Administration)

This role covers the full front end of the project. You'll review tenders, build up pricing, manage subcontractor quotes and put together winning submissions. Once work is secured, you'll carry it into pre-construction, setting up subcontracts, procurement and contract administration before a clean handover to delivery.

It's ideal for someone who has worked across both estimating and pre-con CA and enjoys seeing a project through from first price to site start. If you're strong in one and want to build the other, we'd still like to talk.



Working closely with the in-house design team, you'll see the direct impact your numbers have on design decisions.

Project Manager, Commercial New Build

You'll take full ownership of commercial new build projects from pre-construction through to handover. That means leading site teams, subcontractors and consultants, managing program, cost and quality, and being the main point of contact for the client.

You'll need a proven background delivering commercial recent build projects valued at $15–20M+. D&C; experience is highly regarded. As one of the first senior hires in Melbourne, you'll help set the delivery standards for the region and have a clear path to grow with the business.

Contract Administrator

You'll administer subcontracts, variations, progress claims and procurement from award through to close-out, supporting Project Managers across a mix of fitout, refurbishment and new build projects. You'll work with a small, close-knit team where you'll learn fast, get broad exposure and have clear progression as the Melbourne business grows.

Interior Designer, Expressions of Interest

Design is at the heart of how this business wins and delivers work. As the Melbourne operation grows, so will the design team. If you're an interior designer with experience in commercial,



healthcare, veterinary, childcare or fitout projects, and you enjoy working hand in hand with construction, we'd like to hear from you now, ahead of roles opening.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

- Relevant experience or study in construction, engineering, interior design or project management
- D&C; experience highly regarded
- A commitment to quality, safety and delivering for clients
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence working in a growing business where you can shape processes, not just follow them
- Experience with Procore, Jobpac or similar platforms (mid–senior roles)
- Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia
