The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager at mid-to-senior level.

You may be an established PM ready for greater project ownership, or you may already be operating at a senior level and looking for more autonomy and influence.

We're open to both.

What matters is your capability, judgement and approach to getting things done.

You'll take responsibility across

- Client-side project delivery
- Project planning, programming and reporting
- Cost, budget and forecast management
- Design and consultant management




- Risk and change management
- Procurement and tender processes
- Contract administration
- Client and stakeholder management
- Identifying issues early and driving practical solutions
- Building trusted relationships across project teams.

At the more senior level, this will extend to leading complex projects and project teams, strategic project advice, commercial negotiations, developing other team members and contributing to client and business opportunities.

You'll be someone who

- Is willing to roll up their sleeves when something needs to get done.

You'll bring relevant experience across construction, property, engineering, development or client-side project management. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded, including Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Property, Business,



Commerce, or another relevant discipline.

But we're not looking for one particular career pathway.

If you've built strong construction knowledge, technical capability, commercial judgement and project management experience through a different route, we'd still like to hear from you.
