Regal is looking for Project Managers to directly contribute to the successful delivery of projects, the development of high-performing teams, and the continued growth of our business. The expected salary for this role is $120,000 - $170,000 per annum plus superannuation.

In this role, you will oversee project execution, liaise with clients and stakeholders, mentor team members, ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing projects to ensure planning and execution align with project management principles (time, cost, quality).
- Participating in HSEQ senior management meetings.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS standards and policies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attending community and business events to foster engagement and networking opportunities.
- Driving the growth and development of project teams, fostering long-term success.
- Providing mentorship and identifying training needs for staff to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations on-site.
- Maintaining consistent communication with project teams to address risks and identify opportunities.
- Identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and documenting control measures to mitigate risks.
- Ensuring all incidents, accidents,



and injuries are promptly reported to senior management.
- Responding to emergencies both during and outside of working hours.
- Assisting teams with ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Experience

- Qualifications in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in commercial landscaping or civil works project management.
- A current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.
- Ambition, energy, and self-motivation, with robust interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to prioritise, self-manage, and work with minimal supervision.
- A confident and adaptable approach with a friendly, positive attitude.
- A proven track record of significant experience delivering complex projects with strong outcomes.
- The ability to understand and communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- A proactive, organised and accountable approach with strong decision-making skills.
