- What You’ll Be DoingLeading the delivery of Health and Education projects valued between $20M and $400M
- Managing projects from concept and design through to completion
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, clients, and government stakeholders
- Managing project programmes,



budgets, procurement, risks, and reporting requirements
- Driving project outcomes while maintaining strong governance and quality standards
- Building trusted relationships across all levels of project delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience delivering complex construction projects within Health, Education, Government, or Social Infrastructure sectors

- Experience managing projects ideally ranging from $20M+
- Strong understanding of project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery frameworks
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex project environments
- Excellent communication, commercial, and problem-solving skills
