About the role
We have an opportunity for 3 Project Officers to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Project Officer undertakes a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects, in line with established project plans and objectives.

The NSW Police Force delivers a wide range of programs and initiatives that support organisational priorities and enhance services across the state. The Project Management Office (PMO) plays an important role in ensuring these projects are effectively monitored, coordinated and supported through consistent project management practices and governance.
As a Project Officer, you will provide administrative and project coordination support to help project teams deliver their objectives. This includes organising meetings, preparing and distributing minutes, maintaining project documentation, tracking actions and timelines, and assisting with basic project reporting. You will work closely with project team members and stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, up to date and communicated effectively.
This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a structured environment. Through your support, you will contribute to the smooth operation of projects and help the PMO provide reliable information and coordination across a diverse portfolio of work.
