Your Impact

As a Full-Time Property Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in:

- Leading and coordinating the delivery of commercial gardening and grounds maintenance services across allocated portfolios.
- Ensuring the delivery of gardening services while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Providing direct supervision, coaching, and performance improvement of Award and Supported Employees, while also supporting workforce capability development and operational consistency across teams.

What you'll do:

- Lead, supervise, and develop Gardening team members to achieve high performance and service standards.
- Oversee daily operational delivery of gardening and grounds maintenance services across assigned contracts and sites.
- Ensure operational procedures, systems, and work practices are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.
- Ensure all work is delivered in line with WHS legislation, policies, and safe operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
- Maintain responsibility for fleet, tools, and equipment, including servicing, condition, and compliance requirements.
- Operate and oversee safe use of machinery including ride-on mowers and towing of trailers.
- Provide on-site cover and operational support during staff absences or peak workload periods.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring robust communication, responsiveness, and service excellence.




- Promote the organisation’s brand through professional customer engagement and service delivery.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager.

What you'll bring:

- Experience in commercial gardening, grounds maintenance, or similar operational environment
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams in a commercial or service-based operation
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and safe work practices
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with experience in client-facing roles
- Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence
- Experience operating ride-on equipment and safely towing trailers.
