About the role

You’ll manage an end to end residential property portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and keep tenancies running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:





- Managing the day-to-day needs of your portfolio with clear, proactive communication.

- Coordinating leasing, property advertising and tenant selection.

- Conducting inspections and arranging maintenance and repairs.

- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.

- Maintaining accurate records and applying relevant tenancy legislation.

- Sharing ideas and working with the team to improve our processes and client experience.

About you

You’re organised, approachable and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments and bring a practical, calm approach to solving problems.

You’ll also have

- Current South Australian Property Management Registration.

- A current driver’s licence.

- Ideally, at least 1–2 years’ experience in property management.

- Confidence using property management software and learning new technology.

- A strong focus on service and building positive relationships.

- A willingness to pitch in, share knowledge and support your teammates.
