Ray White Forster Tuncurry is looking for a full-time Property Inspection Manager to join our established and supportive Property Management team. You'll play an important role in ensuring our properties are well cared for, our clients and tenants are kept informed, and maintenance and inspection follow-up is completed efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Planning and conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections
- Preparing clear, detailed and accurate inspection reports
- Organising, coordinating and following up property maintenance
- Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
- Keeping clients informed and providing a high level of customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring tasks are followed through to completion
- Working closely with our Property Management team to ensure properties are managed to a high standard
- Using Property Tree and Inspection Express, with previous experience in these systems considered an advantage
- Assisting with reception coverage when required, including occasional Saturdays
