Property Management Sales / Business Development Representative

We are a growing property management company looking for a motivated, self-driven individual to help us secure new rental properties.

In this role, you will:

- Prospect for new rental properties in the local market
- Handle and close consults booked by our appointment setters
- Manage your sales pipeline from lead to close
- Coordinate next steps with our team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Build relationships with property owners and deliver clear consult outcomes

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication and closing ability
- Confidence speaking with property owners
- Ability to manage a pipeline and track results
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Compensation:

- Excellent commissions with performance-based earnings

Ability to commute/relocate

- Beenleigh QLD 4207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Property management: 1 year (Preferred)
