Your Role

As a Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Portfolio & Property Operations

- Manage all aspects of residential property management, including inspections, maintenance, budgeting, and reporting.
- Coordinate timely repairs and renovations, ensuring all properties are well-maintained.

2. Tenant & Landlord Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both landlords and tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints,



and requests professionally and promptly.
- Conduct property viewings, screening, lease signings, and renewals.
- Enforce tenancy agreements and rental compliance.

3. Compliance & Legal
- Stay updated with NSW real estate laws and ensure all properties meet current compliance standards.
- Manage disputes, terminations, and tribunal proceedings when necessary.
- Maintain detailed property documentation.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who is not only experienced but also personable, proactive, and solution focused.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
- Valid Real Estate License
- Strong understanding of NSW real estate laws, regulations and market trends
- High-level communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Competency with property management software (e.g. PropertyTree) and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
