What Does Beevo Do? Beevo makes Property Managers Happy! We do this by turning the lights on and cutting costs on common area bills. We manage their supplier arrangements for their existing portfolios on an ongoing basis so they can focus on what matters most: their clients. Plus, when they refer their small business clients to Beevo, we make them look great!
Role Overview: Working directly with property managers across Australia, you’ll build and maintain relationships and be the first point of contact when they list a new property. You’ll assist with supplier arrangements and optimising costs for common area bills. Your goal is to keep operations running smoothly while helping property managers reduce costs and enhance their portfolios.
A core aspect of this role is to onboard more property managers with Beevo, ensuring they benefit from our services. Plus, we pay property managers for every successful transfer—win-win!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with property managers and agents.
- Manage supplier arrangements and ensure efficient handling of common area bills.
- Provide seamless service, especially for new property listings.
- Help clients keep costs low while improving their portfolio’s appearance.
- Support agents in expanding product offerings and strengthening client ties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills.
- Proactive, friendly attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in sales or customer service (preferred, but not required).
- Self-driven, organised, and interested in business operations and real estate.
