The Role:

You'll take full responsibility for a well-maintained portfolio, supported by leasing, reception and the wider PM team. There is no trust accounting, but VCAT experience is essential.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager with an Agent's Representative Certificate, strong RTA knowledge and confidence at VCAT.

You're organised, accountable, personable and commercially minded -someone who can manage their portfolio autonomously, build robust relationships and still enjoy the banter of a genuinely social team.
