Our office is conveniently located within Lynwood Shopping Centre, and the portfolio attached to this position is approximately 100 properties.
We offer rostered office and part remote working conditions, while providing the support of an experienced team around you.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your own portfolio, building solid relationships with both landlords and tenants and ensuring properties are well maintained and managed in accordance with legislation.
Your responsibilities will include
- Selecting rental applications and preparing leases
- Conducting lease and rental reviews
- Lease renewals and ongoing tenancy management
- Managing all daily facets of Property Management
- Routine inspections, bond inspections/updating ingoing property condition reports
- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring legislative requirements are met
- Managing rental arrears
- Maintaining professional landlord and tenant communication
- Liaising with tradespeople, contractors and other stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is confident managing their own portfolio and takes pride in providing a high level of service or someone who has obtained the Cert IV Real Estate Property Management and is ready to step up into being a property manager.
Essential:
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Current driver's licence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Professional presentation and a genuine commitment to client service
