Burgess Paluch seeks a Commercial Litigator at the 1–4 year level to undertake a mix of insolvency and IP litigation. You will work directly with a partner renowned in breach of confidence and advertising litigation and advise on all aspects of IP creation, acquisition and enforcement.

The role involves complex IP matters, including patent litigation, licensing and anti-counterfeiting, within a dynamic brand-focused workplace.
