Talent Forge Group in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own pipeline generation for a rapid-growing logistics software company. You will report to the CEO, lead a team of three, and drive execution across Google Ads, SEO, AEO, and website management.

This is a strategic and execution-focused role where you’ll use AI as a core tool to multiply output across campaigns, reporting, and team productivity, with a base salary of $150k–$160k base + bonus.
