- Enjoys diagnostics, fault finding and problem-solving
- Communicates well with customers and the team

For the right person, there is genuine scope to progress into a Workshop Manager / Workshop Foreman style role. As you become familiar with our systems and standards, this may include:
- helping lead the day-to-day workshop
- supporting and guiding our apprentices
- assisting with job allocation and workflow
- maintaining quality and workmanship standards
- helping improve workshop productivity and systems
- becoming a senior technical point of contact
- taking on greater workshop responsibility as the business owner moves progressively into a more management-focused role
We’re not expecting someone to walk in on day one and run the workshop. This is a pathway that can develop over time with the right person.
What we offer
- $40–$50/hr + super, depending on experience
- 7am–3pm Monday to Friday
- No weekend roster
- Flexible roster options, including an optional 9-day fortnight
- Full-time, stable employment
- Genuine variety — automotive, A/C, caravans, 4WD, off-grid and machinery
- Small, experienced team based in Warana
- Training and development across lithium, solar, charging and integrated off-grid systems
- Chance to continue developing both technical and leadership skills
- Genuine career progression within a growing business
- A role where your experience, ideas and input will actually matter
