Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Qualified Landscaper / Team Leader to join our landscaping team, delivering domestic and small commercial projects across Adelaide and surrounding areas.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced landscaper who can confidently lead a small team on site while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. Working alongside our landscaping team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of landscaping works, including:
- Turfing and irrigation installation
- Paving and retaining walls
- Fencing and site preparation
- Property maintenance and general landscaping
- Operating plant and equipment, including excavators, Dingo loaders and attachments
- Coordinating daily site activities and providing direction to team members
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
About You
You will bring:
- Proven experience across hardscape and softscape landscaping
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (preferred)
- Ability to confidently lead and support a small team on site
- Experience operating relevant plant and equipment
- Solid time management and ability to work independently
- A commitment to quality workmanship, safety and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients
- Current driver's licence, ability to drive a manual vehicle and tow a trailer
