Position Overview G&M; Cosmetics Pty Ltd is an Australian skincare manufacturer producing established brands and providing contract manufacturing services for domestic and international markets. The company is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to plan, direct and coordinate quality systems across raw materials, manufacturing, packaging and finished products. The role ensures products meet company standards, customer specifications and applicable regulatory requirements.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks

- Develop, implement and improve the company’s quality management system, policies and procedures.
- Plan and coordinate quality assurance for raw materials, manufacturing, filling, packaging, storage and finished-product release.
- Set and review quality standards, product specifications, sampling procedures and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor compliance with

Positive Manufacturing Practice, customer requirements and applicable cosmetics regulations.
- Plan internal audits and coordinate external, customer and certification audits.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances,



out-of-specification results and complaints, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
- Review quality and batch records and authorise release, rejection or further investigation of materials and finished products.
- Maintain controlled procedures, specifications, work instructions, batch records and audit reports.
- Assess supplier quality performance and manage quality risks relating to ingredients, products, suppliers, processes and packaging changes.
- Report quality trends and risks to senior management, train relevant staff and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant bachelor-level qualification or substantial relevant professional experience.
- At least two years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control or compliance in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, personal care, chemicals or comparable manufacturing.
- Experience with quality management systems, audits, controlled documentation, non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
- Sound knowledge of

Good Manufacturing Practice, traceability and manufacturing quality requirements.
- Strong analytical, investigation, problem-solving, written communication and staff-training skills.
- Ability to make independent quality decisions and coordinate across operational teams.

Salary: This is a full-time position with a remuneration package ranging from $79,500 to $83,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week. ARRI0003
