The essential requirements for this role are;
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems, including compliance monitoring, auditing, risk management, and continuous improvement activities.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and accreditation requirements, with the ability to translate these into practical operational processes and quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and influence stakeholders, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and customer focus across operational teams.
- Highly developed analytical, investigation, and reporting skills, with experience using data to identify trends, manage non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and support evidence-based decision-making.
