Pinnacle Travel Group (PTG) is seeking the services of a casual suitably skilled Ticketing Booth Sales Representative to join our team for the Quokka Coaches operations on Rottnest Island.

The Role:

Travelling to Rottnest Island from Hillary's Boat Harbour for an estimated 2-3 shifts a week, you will facilitate the smooth operation of our growing travel & tourism demands working closely with our Rottnest Managers and Quokka Coaches team from point of sales from the ticketing booth on Rottnest Island. You will be required to:

- Serve customers at the ticket booth on Rottnest Island in a courteous and efficient manner to support customer demands.
- Provide information to customers surrounding services and products, and transact ticket purchases via credit cards, cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Consult with the Managers when required with the goal of providing the highest possible standard of customer service.
- Accurately extract information from customers and find solutions to any queries or issues that arise.




- Present oneself appropriately whilst performing face-to-face and over the phone communications with customers.
- Take and prepare coffee orders.
- General ad-hoc duties as requested by the Managers.

You will:

- Have prior customer service or hospitality experience.
- Barista experience favourable but not essential
- Be flexible to working weekends.
- Be enthusiastic and passionate, demonstrating a positive attitude.
- Have the ability to work autonomously and be a contributing member of the team.
