We are representing a leading Australian law practice seeking a talented junior Real Estate Lawyer to join its highly regarded Sydney team.

The role

This role offers exposure to sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions across a range of asset classes, including commercial, industrial, retail, residential and mixed-use developments. You will advise major investors, developers, funds and corporate clients on acquisitions and disposals, major developments, capital partnering arrangements and other complex property transactions.

Working closely with leading Partners and senior lawyers, you will be involved in drafting and negotiating transaction and development documentation, conducting due diligence and supporting matters throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with specialists across construction, finance, tax, planning and regulatory teams on large-scale matters.





This is an excellent chance to develop your technical and commercial expertise within a high-performing team, with exposure to sophisticated clients, complex transactions and some of the most significant real estate projects in the Australian market.

About You

- 1–3 years' post-admission experience, ideally gained within a well-regarded commercial real estate practice
- Experience across property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and/or development matters
- Strong drafting, analytical and technical legal skills with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded with an interest in complex and large-scale real estate transactions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine commitment to client service
- Collaborative, proactive and keen to continue developing within a high-performing real estate practice
