An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced property lawyer to step into a senior position within a thriving practice. Working closely with two highly respected practitioners, you will gain exposure to a mix of complex transactional, advisory and dispute-related property matters. This role offers a rare succession opportunity to inherit an established and substantial client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on complex acquisitions, disposals, developments and property transactions across a range of asset classes.
- Acting for major landlords and retail clients on leasing, portfolio management and strategic property matters.
- Assisting developers, investors and property owners with development projects, joint ventures and commercial arrangements.
- Managing and advising on property-related disputes and contentious matters.
- Providing commercially focused advice on complex property and leasing issues.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with sophisticated property sector clients.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years PAE in property law gained within a reputable private practice firm.
- Strong technical expertise across property transactions, development work and leasing matters.
- Experience acting for developers, landlords, investors or other major property sector clients.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice.
- The confidence and capability to take on a senior role with significant client responsibility.
