Prestige Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Moorebank, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Director ensuring the seamless execution of property transactions and client engagements.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the director with all aspects of the sales process, including property viewings, prospecting and managing client communications
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, open houses, and other sales-related activities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and client information
- Providing exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers throughout their real estate journey
- Offering limited administrative support, such as preparing contracts, managing paperwork, and processing documentation
- Collaborating with the broader team to contribute to the overall success of the sales department
What we're looking for
- Preference of 1-2 years of experience in a real estate sales or administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with a customer-centric approach
- Completed Real estate agent Certificate of registration Assistant agent course
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the team
