You’ll receive training and ongoing support to grow your skills alongside an experienced Sales team. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Answering and directing calls through a busy switchboard

- Greeting customers and visitors in a qualified and friendly manner

/n

- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail

/n

- Supporting the Sales and Service team with data entry and administrative tasks

/n

- Maintaining a clean and professional front-of-house presentation and coffee lounge

/n /n About You /n We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ideally, you will also have: /n /n

- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role

/n

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

/n

- Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications

/n

- A team-first mindset with the ability to self-manage

/n





- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment

- Great listening skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
