About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist to join our team for approximately 16–24 hours per week.
You’ll be working alongside our two experienced receptionists, who will provide plenty of support as you settle into the role. We’re a small,
close-knit team who enjoy working together, communicate well and are always happy to pitch in and help each other out.

Qualifications & experience
- Experience highly regarded but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate
Tasks & responsibilities General reception/administration duties including, but not limited to:
- Accurately managing all patients appointments, referrals and medical records
- Invoicing and receipting all payments
- Medicare and DVA claims processing
- Answering a high volume of calls in a professional manner
- Receive and convey accurate and proficient messages in writing, both verbally and electronically
- Liaise with patients and their families/carers in a compassionate, friendly and welcoming manner
- Uphold our commitment and high standards to excellence in patient-focused service
