Our group has a global network of 100+ recruiters & consultants, with offices across major cities in China. We are actively scaling our footprint across Australia and overseas markets.
We are searching for seasoned recruiters who truly understand industries, clients and candidates.
What we are looking for
✅ Hands-on experience in Recruitment / Executive Search / Agency Recruitment, familiar with full recruitment lifecycle
✅ Deep knowledge of 1-2 niche industries, understanding market landscape, scarce talent and client value proposition
✅ Able to independently manage clients, candidates and your own recruitment desk
✅ Existing client / candidate network & industry channels will be a strong plus
✅ Strong commercial mindset & result-driven
