About the role:
Working within our Delivery Team, you will partner with government and commercial clients to recruit contingent workers across various role types, including (but not limited to) IT, administration, human resources, marketing and communications, and project services
Key accountabilities:
- End-to-end recruitment of allocated roles
- Attending supplier briefings with hiring managers
- Advertising roles, active sourcing and screening of candidates
- Interview coordination and preparation
- Conducting reference and background checks and managing the offer process
- Ongoing candidate/contractor management
- Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for various role types to create talent pools
What we're looking for:
- 4 years’ recruitment experience - either as a candidate manager/resourcer or recruitment consultant
- Proven experience to deliver across a variety of roles (generalist recruitment experience)
- Excellent communication skills, personality and confidence
- Experience with various recruitment tools including ATS, VMS, Seek Recruiter and LinkedIn
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, combined with the ability to work autonomously as required
