If you've worked in courier operations, freight allocation & coordination, dispatch or transport admin — you already know the industry we recruit for. We're growing our national candidate sourcing team and looking for individuals who understand the courier industry and the contractor owner-driver space from the inside. You'll speak with candidates every day, helping them understand the courier opportunities we're recruiting for and guiding them through our structured owner driver recruitment process.

This is a phone-based, relationship-driven role with real earning potential, where your success will be recognised and rewarded with opportunities for career growth as we expand nationally.

The Offer

- Earning potential $80K–$110K+ (this includes Base, Super & Commission).
- Uncapped commission structure - higher earning potential is achievable based on your performance.

The Role Working as part of a close-knit national recruitment team,



your day-to-day will include (but not limited to):

- Calling and engaging candidates who have applied for our advertised roles
- Pre-screening and qualifying candidates to determine their suitability
- Clearly explaining the opportunities available and guiding candidates through the recruitment process
- Support the Recruitment Manager in progressing suitable candidates through the recruitment pipeline
- Supporting candidates post-offer with onboarding coordination and admin requirements
- Building genuine relationships and delivering a standout candidate experience
- Cross-training across different areas of the business over time

Who We're Looking For This role is a robust fit if you have a background in:

- Courier, freight or transport operations — dispatch, fleet coordination, account management, driver relations or similar office-based roles
- Recruitment — particularly if you've worked with courier drivers, owner-operators or the transport sector

You don't need a formal recruitment qualification. What matters most is that you know this industry, you're comfortable on the phone, and you genuinely enjoy working with people. Beyond that, we're looking for someone who is:
- A permanent resident or Australian citizen
- A self-starter, resilient, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Positive with high-energy and adaptable
- Genuinely interested in helping people and making an impact
