Valora Childcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to develop new business relationships with childcare centres across NSW. This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact childcare centres requiring casual staffing or permanent recruitment support
- Build relationships with centre directors and decision-makers
- Generate leads, arrange meetings and secure new client agreements
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and client progress
- Support ongoing relationships with newly acquired clients
About you
- Previous experience in recruitment, business development or agency sales
- Strong preference for childcare recruitment experience and existing industry connections
- Proven ability to win recent clients and generate business
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
