Every service you lead touches the life of someone who depends on it. That's not a responsibility to take lightly — it's the reason you show up and lead the way you do.
As Regional Manager with Kanda, you'll hold senior leadership across a regional portfolio — accountable for service quality, compliance, financial performance and the people delivering care on the ground. You'll set the standard for what person-centred, rights-based practice looks like across multiple sites and make sure everything reflects the NDIS Practice Standards and the values at Kanda's core.
This isn't leadership from a distance. You're close enough to feel the impact, senior enough to shape the direction.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing Service Managers across the region — performance management, succession planning and capability uplift
- Building strong relationships with government departments, the NDIS Commission, funding bodies, families and community stakeholders
- Managing service agreements, SIL agreements and funding arrangements across the regional portfolio
- Monitoring KPIs, action plans and risk management frameworks, and presenting regional data to inform executive decision-making
- Driving continuous improvement across supported accommodation settings to keep environments safe, compliant and well-maintained
- Championing Kanda's values and a culture of ethical, person-centred practice across every area of responsibility
You're the right person if...
- You bring senior leadership experience within the disability sector (particularly within complex care environments)
- You have a strong working knowledge of the NDIS Act,
NDIS Practice Standards and the broader regulatory landscape
- You're confident managing budgets, funding utilisation and performance reporting
- You lead with integrity, build cultures of accountability and develop managers with confidence
- You have experience managing SIL or SDA service agreements and preparing for NDIS Commission audits
- You have experience leading teams through change — new systems, structures or standards
- You hold or are willing to obtain a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Drivers Licence
