About Right at Home

Right at Home helps older Australians and people living with disability stay safe, independent and connected in their own homes. Our Gold Coast North, Gold Coast South and Northern Rivers territories deliver aged care, disability, community and private care services, guided by our values: Everyone Matters, Life Long Learning, Positive Energy, Service Excellence, Innovative Thinking and Absolute Integrity.

We are growing, and we need a senior operator to take ownership of day-to-day performance so our Directors can focus on strategy and expansion.

The Role

Reporting to the Directors, you will lead all three territories as one high-performing region. You will turn strategy into clear plans, targets and routines, and lead Care Managers and operational leaders to deliver them.

You will be accountable for:

- Growth – driving revenue, service hours, new clients and referral partnerships with hospitals, GPs, discharge planners and support coordinators.
- Commercial performance – budgets, forecasting, margins, labour utilisation and productivity across every territory.
- Quality and compliance – senior oversight of clinical governance, risk, incidents, complaints and audits under aged care, NDIS, WHS and privacy obligations.
- People and capability – coaching leaders, building succession, and partnering with People and Culture on recruitment and retention.
- Client experience – safe, person-centred services, solid satisfaction and retention, and fast resolution of concerns.
- Systems and improvement – consistent use of our CRM, rostering, client management and reporting platforms, and simpler ways of working across offices.

About You

- Significant senior operational leadership experience,



with accountability for business, workforce and financial results.
- A track record of leading managers and multidisciplinary teams across complex or multi-site operations.
- Strong commercial acumen: you are comfortable with budgets, forecasts, KPIs and turning performance around.
- Proven ability to standardise operations and lead change in a regulated, quality-focused environment.
- A coaching leadership style that builds accountable leaders rather than holding every decision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills.
- A current Australian driver licence and willingness to travel regularly between territories.

Highly regarded: a tertiary qualification in business, health or commerce; experience in aged care, disability, community care or health; and experience in a franchise or geographically dispersed business.
